We are currently seeking to hire an Operations Manager who would ideally be a positive person with management experience who loves to learn, teach and coach in a fast-growing local company.

As an Operations Manager you'll be managing and coaching crews, managing job production and, maintaining job quality. This position requires your attendance at HOA meetings on a few evenings a year and our annual home and garden show! You must be a team player with a servant leadership mentality! You will be overseeing and coaching 4-5 crews from landscape maintenance to project installation.

We are looking for applicants who are experienced in:
● Scheduling, managing, and auditing landscape projects
● Landscape maintenance, irrigation, paver and retaining wall installation, etc.
● Managing teams of 3-5 members
● Keen eye for quality
● Training and coaching people to succeed

We prefer applicants who:
● Have 1-3 years of experience in the landscape industry
● Have knowledge and experience trimming, planting, and installing paver patios, retaining walls, etc.
● Can lift 50 pounds
● Have Experience operating standard landscaping machinery
● Can maintain a steady work schedule
● Are open to possibility of overtime
● Are comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
● Are open to the possibility of future promotion
● Have valid drivers license and clean driving record

Wages:
$50,000yr-$60,000yr to start, skills and experience considered.
